Ticket Policy: We sell only 6 tickets per sail and never overbook. Therefore, when we make a commitment to you, we ask that you make a commitment to us. There are no cancelations or refunds. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled sail.
Price & Discounts: Tickets are $150 each. We offer group discounts of 5% for 2, 10% for 3, 15% for 4, 20% for 5 and 25% for 6!
Confirmation Policy: After you submit a ticket request, you will receive an email confirmation and see you name on the website within 24 hours. If you are trying to book a ticket last minute and there is still space available, call us directly at the docks at 212-786-3323.
Weather Policy: In the event of a thunderstorm which forces a sail to be canceled, we will call you. You can then rebook or get a refund. But remember, the weather forecasters are often wrong. When the call for a chance of thunderstorms, this is just a chance and it is often beautiful and great for sailing. You can see one of the Doppler radar sites we use to monitor the thunderstorms.
